On behalf of the Ashford Town Council I want to welcome you to our website. I hope it will provide you with useful and comprehensive information. As Mayor, I am continually striving to work with everyone to make Ashford a better place to live.
Ashford is a town on the move. We are a growing and prosperous community a short distance from Dothan, Alabama and just a short drive to the beautiful white sands of Panama City Beach, Florida. Ashford is a community where the perfection of nature, the treasures of a rich heritage and the bright promises of tomorrow work in harmony to exemplify the true meaning of "Quality of Life."
Small town charm is probably the best way to describe Ashford , Alabama. All around the area, beauty abounds. Tree-lined streets, beautiful homes and clear skies add to the appeal. Our abundance of rolling farmland, reputable schools and friendly people contribute to the high quality of life residents of Ashford have come to appreciate.

important for the response time for the Ashford Police Department and the
Fire Department. We appreciate your help in this matter!
The Ashford Fire Department would like to raise you awareness in crossing
"down power lines" DO NOT ATTEMPT! This is not safe! Contact the local
authorities.
Please be reminded that The City of Ashford will be closed on Wednesday
in observance of the 4th of July. We encourage everyone to be safe with the
use of fireworks.
Remember, that the trash will pick-up one day later than your scheduled day..

Public Hearing Notice
The City of Ashford will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 20, 2012, 5:00 p.m. at the Ashford Depot to discuss the city´s submission of an application for the Fiscal Year 2012 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The city is interested in obtaining all citizens' input on community development needs within the city. The city needs as much local participation as possible in order to reflect the true desires of the community as a whole, as well as the comments relating to the proposed project application. The State has established a maximum application request for each funding category. Activities that are eligible for funding include the improvement of public works, public facilities, housing rehabilitation, and others allowed by law. At least 51% of the funds must be used to benefit low- and moderate-income persons. No displacement of persons will be proposed.
The project, if funded, will benefit a majority of low- and moderate–income persons. All citizens are encouraged to attend in order to comment on possible activities.

Rental $125.00 per Day to include the hours from 7:30a.m to midnight of the same day.
Open Platform $50.00 per Day (providing the Depot is not rented)
Parking Lot Rental @ 25.00 per Day (providing the Depot is not rented)
There is a $200.00 Damage Deposit and a $50.00 Clean-up fee. Providing that the depot is cleaned and there is no damages the $250.00 deposit will be returned.

- On the 10th day of each month your payment is due.
- Your payment must be made by 4.00pm or your account will receive a $10.00 late fee.
- On the 25th day of each month your payment is due.
- Your payment must be made by 4.00pm or you will receive a $50.00 delinquent administrative fee.
- If the 10th or the 25th falls on a weekend or on an observed holiday of the City of Ashford, you will have until the next business day at 4:00pm to make your payment.
